The 2008 yearbook is now available! The new book is 80-pages and is available in hard or soft cover. The book measures 10" by 8" and is printed in full color.
Like last year's book, this one is organized by month, from December '07 through November '08. This year's theme is "no words, just pictures." None of that boring reading stuff going on here... just look at the purty pictures and try not to drool on it.
The 2008 book contains many of my favorite memories of CPI members at CPI, the Ranch, Pepperell, Lake Wales, Z-Hills, and of course USPA Nationals at Skydive Arizona.
Over 330 photographs are included in the book including way too many of team Vortex. But, believe it or not, a lot of other stuff happened this year! Well, maybe you won't be as surprised by that as I was. I thought all we did this year was 4-way at the Ranch. CPI had 7 different jump planes this year. We did a couple formation loads, did some CRW, stamped an "A" on a lot of foreheads, competed locally and nationally, and so much more. It's all here! Well, except all that freeflying you saw in the Year End Video.
Unlike the 2007 book, the hard cover version no longer has an annoying dust jacket. The cover is now printed in a beautiful satin finish!
The 2008 books are professionally bound. The front and back cover images wrap around. They really look great. See the proof copy at CPI and let me know how many you'd like. They make great gifts!
The prices are not finalized yet, but expect about $35 for the hard cover and $25 for soft cover.
